1. Company Information

Stefran Tours and Safaris ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") is a licensed tour operator based in Hazina Towers, 14th Floor, Nairobi, Kenya, registered under the Kenya Tourism Act and licensed by the Kenya Tourism Board. 2. Booking and Deposits

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total safari price. The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued by the Company.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing (email to info@stefrantours.com). The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited; balance refunded in full
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation cover.

4. Itinerary Changes

Safari itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, road conditions, park authority restrictions, or factors beyond our control. The Company reserves the right to substitute accommodation of equivalent standard or modify game drive routes to ensure safety and the best possible experience. No refund will be given for itinerary modifications caused by such circumstances.

5. Our Liability

The Company acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by these third parties, or by events outside our control including but not limited to: acts of God, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or wildlife encounters. All safaris carry inherent risks; clients participate at their own risk.

6. Health & Travel Insurance

Travel insurance including medical evacuation cover is mandatory for all safari participants. Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet health entry requirements including vaccinations and prescribed medications. The Company is not responsible for medical costs incurred during the safari.

7. Payments & Currency

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or M-Pesa. Any bank charges are the client's responsibility. Prices shown on the website are estimates and subject to change until a written quote is confirmed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
