1. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 30 days before departure. Prices are quoted in USD and include all items listed in the package description.

2. Cancellations

60+ days before departure: Full refund minus the 30% deposit.
30–59 days: 50% refund.
Under 30 days: No cash refund; date change credit valid for 12 months.
All cancellations must be notified in writing to info@stefrantours.com.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance (including medical evacuation) is strongly recommended and is the client's own responsibility to arrange.

4. Our Responsibility

Stefran Tours acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation and activity providers. We are not liable for events beyond our control including weather, government actions, or park closures. We reserve the right to modify itineraries when necessary for safety.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nairobi, Kenya.
